Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Civil Eng. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our applications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
